Terms & Conditions
1. Selling price includes GST & Shipping fees.
2. We accept Credit Card, Paypal or Alipay as payment methods online.
3. We accept Nets, Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer as payment methods in our physical store.
4. We will send out your order confirmation by email within the day of order confirmed, which will reflect with Purchased Items, Prices, Product Pictures and ETA -Estimated Time of Arrival
We strive to provide the best service possible. Your order will be safely packed and sent to your doorstep on time.
Our in-home delivery & installation service charge is $50 per location, no matter how many items you ordered. It is intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products.
For any order above $1000, delivery will be free.
Carry up charges of $10-20 per level will be applicable in the event there is no lift access to the level of delivery.
For Store Pickup, we can provide free assembly service.
DELIVERY SERVICE AND TIMESLOTS
For furniture orders, they are delivered by our in-home delivery contractor. Deliveries will be made into your room of choices. They will assemble and put your furniture in the right locations you ask, and packaging will be removed upon your request.
Our in-home deliveries will be scheduled into different timeslots (e.g, 10am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm, 6pm to 8pm), and we’re unable to delivery at specific timing (like 10am, 4pm).
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Shipping your items on time is extremely important to us. We do our best to provide exact estimated delivery dates so that you are able to receive your items on time.
If your ordered products are made to order, lead time will be 4-6 weeks. The items will be sent out from the factory within 2 weeks and shipment to Singapore will take about 2-3 weeks. Customs may take 3-5 working days for container checking & document works. After all these we will arrange your delivery as soon as possible.
If your ordered products we have ready in stock, we can arrange your deliver within 3 working days.
TWO-MONTHS FREE WAREHOUSING
To provide you with a great product at the best value, if your ordered products arrived in our warehouse and the time not good for you to receive, we can provide 2 months free warehousing. We will hold you ordered items carefully in our warehouse and wait for your delivery notice.
Return & Refund
We want all our products to end up in happy homes. If you don't absolutely love your order, please feel free to inform us.
30-DAYS NO REASON RETURN & REFUND
We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may notify us for Return & Refund within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions will be asked.
Please take note that:
1. We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.
2. Please note that the following items are not eligible:
(a). Products described as "Made to Order",
(b). Customized items,
(c). Items marked as Clearance or any form of Display Items,
(e). All Mattresses / Carpets & Cushions.
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Loft_Home Furniture reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value & Collection back fees $50 will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – 20% invoice value - $50 Collections back fees = Refunded Amount (S$).
30-DAY PRICE PROTECTION
We offer a 30-Day price protection policy from the date of purchase. You will have to connect us within 30 days from the date of purchase and ask for a price adjustment voucher if the item goes on sale.
48HRS FREE CANCELLATION
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred.
All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Loft_Home Furniture reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
5 years warranty, commencing from the date of delivery. We warrant that all furniture to be free of defective materials and workmanship.
If during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defected part(s). This Warranty will cover all replacement or repair cost.
For natural material like Solid wood / Marble / Genuine Leather, if there have natural flaws, cracks, or tree scars these are not considered as a manufacturing defect.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:
1. This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
3. The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.
4. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the Purchaser.
